Placing an Order:
All orders are to be made online using the shopping cart and order forms. Items can be ordered and removed using the shopping cart functions from the product description and checkout pages. While on the site, shopping cart contents can be checked by clicking the view cart link located on every page of the site. If for any reason, you are having difficulty placing your order or you just have a question, please email or call 877-288-8128 and we will be happy to assist you.

Payment Methods: accepts payments using American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard credit cards, and PayPal. You may also send a money order to our mail department: PO Box 1173 Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601-0063 USA

If there is a delay in receiving your shipment you agree to contact Bluegreen Foods before contacting your bank, credit card company or PayPal so we may contact our shipping insurance company to begin filing a claim. By using this site’s shop or when placing your order by phone you hereby agree not to initiate a chargeback with Paypal or your bank or credit card company without prior cooperation with our shipping insurance company to complete their investigation.

For our protection and yours, and because of an increase in internet fraud, we are requiring proof of credit card ownership be provided for all new international orders or domestic orders placed outside the USA. Proof consists of a copy of your most recent credit card statement showing the name, billing address and the last four digits of the credit card number.

Domestic and International Shipping Methods:
USPS will ship to P.O Boxes, Military Addresses, and U.S. Territories. Please include a complete street address for all orders. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are subject to additional re-shipping charges.

USA Shipping Turn-around Times

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours or less from receipt of the order. Orders placed on Friday Evening, Saturday, and Sunday will generally be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. First Class takes 3-4 days USPS Priority takes 2-3 days, USPS Express takes 1-2 days with an extra few days for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. FEDEX or UPS Ground Delivery takes 5 business days for delivery. FedEx or UPS Express Mail takes 1-2 days for delivery. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count the time that it takes us to process your order, Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.

P.O Boxes and US Military addresses will ship via USPS.

Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.

International Shipping Methods

International Orders
If regular insurance option is not available for your country, additional insurance costs will be calculated and offered to customer prior to shipping. Any shipments lost or damaged in a country which the customer did not pay for such insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer, and Bluegreen Foods is not to be held responsibie for any losses incurred. If order size exceeds base shipping price the customer’s credit card may be charged for the additional costs. The customer may also receive a choice of shipping options which may include express delivery. Normal international shipping may take from 5 to 30 business days. Please note shipping turnaround times are beyond our control.

  •  The customer is responsible for duties, fees, and insurance costs that may apply.
  • Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our “Dietary Supplements” products to your country.
  •  If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. All customers are responsible for shipping charges when re-ordering.
  • ·If a package is lost in transit, the insurance company reserves the right to wait up to 45 days from the initial shipping date to determine if the package is actually lost. The insurance company needs to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by another person, stolen or lost before processing a claim.
  • No refunds for lost packages unless the above procedures are followed. If you do not receive your package within 30 business days from the shipping date, and insurance company confirms that the package was not delivered we will re-ship the order again . Should you receive both packages, you are liable to return one back to us. We will not reship or credit orders for which our insurance company has confirmed delivery at your destination.


Returned Mail. If your package is returned back by USPS as undeliverable, shipping charges are not refundable. No exceptions. It is our responsibility to pack, mail and provide delivery confirmation. It is your responsibility to make sure your correct address was supplied to us, and that you accept delivery.

Return Policy Information:

If you return any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
